How can I get the carriage footer working for SOPs that have multiple invoices?

Currently this gets applied to each invoice that is generated relating to the SOP, I only need it applied to first invoice from the SOP.

I am trying to write a report which links stock allocated against stock on purchase orders and will show the relevant due date for that product.

At the moment I get all purchase orders being printed that has the product on, whether on order or cancelled.

Bit more information now, using the demo data it will open an explorer folder when going into a customer record and product record.

It only does this on certain machines, not user linked. A user could change computer and it wouldn't have this problem.

This happens on all installlations.

Any ideas to the cause, I cannot try with the demo data as it is not currently avaiable.

When a user goes into a product or customer record, the record window opens along with an explorer window with a file address for the attachment folder. It happens whether it has a memo attachment or not, but I would like to stop the file explorer window ...

Thanks for the reply, not having enough stock isn't a problem. The main issue is we have orders dated for delivery up to 9 months in advance and I'm trying to stop stock being tied up to these allocations before it is required or needed to be ordered.

Is there anyway of setting an order to allocate on a certain date?
