Hi there,
I hope someone out there can help me. After a Windows 7 update back in April, Sage 50 has not been able to work after I logon. I have now installed v21 with service pack 4, and it is still not working. The company name comes up, I enter the logon on details - and then nothing! The data is on a server and the 2 other PCs on the network have no problems, only my PC. I have logged onto the PC as administrator, no difference and also logged onto Sage with another username, still no difference. I have uninstalled automatically and manually, it installs the updates when I reinstall and the last time I also had to enter the serial number and key. Can someone throw some light on this please???? I am baffled and desperate at this stage

It sounds to me like you may have a broken .net installation
try using the .net repair tool...
