Problems with reports

I have Sage 50 Accounts 2009.

When I now click on reports, I just get an empty box where i used to have a list of reports to choose from.
Any solution ideas please?

What have you done prior to this?

Is it a fresh install?
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.

I have been using this software for 12mths+, the problem occurred without warning. I have inserted my disk and followed 'repair' but this hasn't solved the problem

I have just noticed something else very strange, when I click on the 'Company' tab, the nominal screen comes up instead...

I just wanted to let you know, the issue is solved. The "Use data path for report" box was checked under Company Preferences.
