Hi - after reinstall sage 50 v11 on my pc (window xp), SOP module is completely missing. How can i retrieve sales orders entered prior to the crash? Pls help!!! It's driving me mad...

Are you logged on as Manager? (Could be access rights)
Have you entered the correct activation key? Perhaps you had accountant plus and upgraded to financial controller later on, you reinstalled with the original key and you are back at accountant plus. (You will have no POP module either if this is the case) Ring sage to get the updated key 0845 111 6666
