Logging manager off workstation?

Post by nrw » 23 Sep 2008, 12:42

Hi,

Searched this forum hi&lo and couldn't find the answer to this one!! I have Sage 50 Accounts Professional 2008 (version 14.0.12.153), I can log on (on my laptop) as manager (no password) but cannot access any features such as 'restore' or 'control accounts' because I get the following error:

"You cannot access restore because MANAGER is logged in on machine NICOLA-PC_8476"

I have tried logging on/off, going to into access rights and adding a user (with full rights) and cannot solve the issue.

Oh and im running vista?

Any help much appreciated, cheers! (it's driving me insane)
