Hi, All

How to set the income part related this year & other for next financial year .
Student paid 1600 for course for 8 months Sept 07 end on April 08 my financial ended 31/12/2007.

I would suggest setting up a prepayment for the total amount paid, over 8 months. You run your monthend routine and part of the prepayment will be costed.

When you come to your year end you should only have a cost equal to apportioned prepayment run.
