Transaction Emails

we are starting to use transaction emails at work and i have been working with the demostrtion data to get my head around the process. however, i cannot work out how the emails actually send and the pdf guides didnt tel you how to start running it it just says when you open transaction emails for the first time.

using version 14 and office 2007

Hi

The emails are left in Outlook (Drafts) waiting for you to open and send on to customers / suppliers unless you have told tmail to send them automatically.. and unless you have configured tmail not to send them via outlook but to put them in a folder to be sent "some other way"
