Thanks for that, didn't think it was possible to instal two of the same versions, thanks for clearing that for me.
If i was to go with option two could i start that now and clear each one Individually, whilst using sage for invoicing at same time or would would that not work? Also when i need to send my month end and year end off to the account would it interfere with my total amounts i.e VAT for them to carry on doing the accounts, they dont have record of stock levels/products sent to them that is just purely for me to watch it better we only sage invoicing as our accountant advised us to.

The stock system has not direct interaction with the financial system so yes, you can do it now.
