Sage Line 50 v12.00 Hangs at Startup

Post by williamepa » 09 Oct 2007, 08:39

Hi,

We are having an issue where Line 50 will not start up. It gets to the log in screen and accepts our password, but the splash screen just sits there and does not get any further.

A colleague of mine suspects that he may have changed permissions of the folder(s) but we have reentered the permissions and the problem persists.

We have also tried deleting the QUEUE.DTA file.

We are accessing Sage on a SBS server via RDC.

Are there any special permissions which should be set, and on which folders should we set them?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sage needs the user to have full access to the sage installation folder, the windows folder, the common files folder and the sage datafolder.
