Possible Corruption not picked up by data check.

Running Sage Line 50 Version 6.0.0015

Date check shows no problems but I am finding Financial reports not picking up data from certain months (not all months) and balance sheets picking up B/F figures and not balancing. Have run checks and found nothing, I know it is an old version but have been running this for years with no problems, are there any other ways of checking for corruption other than a data check?

Where do the B/F figures come from?

Any advice appreciated

B/F figures are opening journals that match of outstanding transactions at the previous year end.

Would need to look at the data to see if there is a problem.
