Lost Network Path

Post by Sean Son » 10 Sep 2007, 08:12

Hi all, I have checked the foprum but could not see anything relevant to my problem. I installed Line 50 on to a second computer and directed it to the original company details on the network. I then lost the wireless network due to hardware failure and now when i try and open sage it gets to the splash screen and gives the error message can not find (network path). Can i change this path with out having to get in to sage? As it is not allowing me to get in to sage....

If you restore the network connection it should work.

what version are you running?

I had a similar problem, if you look at posting about network at top of list.

I eventually found when I mapped the network on PC2 to the correct path for drive Z:\ I found the accounts details and wasn't blocked but it was trial and error and a few choice words, on another machine I used to check the working of Sage, I installed Sage to check how it worked I mapped the network location to Z:\ \\John-PC\Sage\Accounts and it worked but on the machine I had problems with it was a different path.

Regards John
