We have been using trouble free for years, suddenly can't open programme, noticed some slowing down of programme and during session froze, came out of programme as it was not responding, re booted pc etc now says cannot connect to server, name already being used.have removed programme and reinstalled, still no better, any suggestions??

You need to put the latest patches on from Sage website, you should be on v11.01.0035
If that doesn't work.
Delete/rename the user.dta file in your accdata directory
