hi
we have new software but only bringing over 12 months of data, is there a way i can still access sage data once my subscription is cancelled ?

No.
What you can do is to reduce your subscription to the bare minimum or if you don't need access to old sales orders/purchase orders department info etc, you can change to an "essentials" subscription
It may also be possible if you had a perpetual licence in the past to reactivate that and use that.
I think that it would be nice if sage gave all expired users access to their data in "Archive" mode, so they can access it but not add to it.
