hi
have been running sage instant accounting v22 on 2 machines both on windows 10 for a couple months trouble free, my laptop now only shows the splash screen then disappears, my standalone is working fine, I have tries deleteing queue.dta and accdata but still have the same problem, sage wont help on phone unless I pay. cant understand as I am paying 11.00 per month for the software so surely they should offer support, any assistance would be appreciated, some have suggested loading software again but the link I was sent was only for installation so would have to go back to sage again and get another link or is there another solution
