I have Sage 50 Accounts 2014 V20 (20.04.09.364) installed on several Win 10 64 bit notebooks. On one machine (Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro) used when travelling I have to start the software as administrator to get beyond the splash screen. However once an invoice is entered I am unable to print it (or generate a pdf). The list of invoice layouts does not appear and instead it goes straight to the "update ledgers" pop-up screen. If I select the Quick Print option the program crashes when I try to set up a default layout.
I don't have this issue on the other Win10 / 64 bit machines running the same software. They will also generate the invoice after loading a back-up created on the Lenovo.
If I click on "reports" in the invoicing window there is also no response when using the Lenovo machine, unlike the others.
Any ideas what might be causing this issue? Being able to generate sage invoices on the go was the main reason I purchased the light weight / compact lenovo. Other software seems to work without any issues.

If you have to run as administrator then you have an installation issue.
I would do a clean reinstall.
