Different address for Statement

Post by JackieMcAleese » 20 May 2015, 15:30

I have entered a head office address in -address&contacts-statement-preferences but this information is not being shown on statement. It still shows registered address.
There only seems to be a "close option" and no "save" option.
Any suggestions? I am using Sage 50 Accounts 2012 18.1.0.20
Thanks

Are you using a layout that is set up to do all the lookups?

The "2008" ones are expressly not setup to do this (this is why they are much faster than the others and why they do not crash when the data is not perfect)

try some of the other layouts and see if they work.
