Frustrating one this one,
One of our operatives has set up a new product but instead of setting it up as a service item it got set up as stock. Subsequently it ended up getting put on a purchase order which got put on order but not delivered. Upon spotting the mistake our operative then seems to have got click happy and we have now ended up with the product showing as "On order" in the product list with seemingly no way of being able to correct or remove it as the original purchase order as been somehow altered / deleted, we therefore cannot delete the product as there is seemingly no way to clear the on order status. The product is showing absolutely no activity anywhere apart from 1 being on-order which does not point to being ordered anywhere!
Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove this item?

Re: Cannot delete incorrect product entry.
You can't delete a product once it has stock movements happening on it.
If you have not delivers the PO into stock, you can delete the item off the PO and then delete the product.
If you have delivered it into stock then there is a transaction there and not much you can do.
You could upgrade to V2015 (there is a discount deal available at the moment) this adds a feature to delete a products history (£580 for Pro).
You could get someone like met to do it for you with tools (£30)
You could delete all the stock history of all products which would then enable deletion of that product (only all the history is gone)
You could live with it (there will always be obsolete products, so make an obsolete product category and use a filter to hide them from normal view)
