Can any one help me please?

SETUP: I have a network with 5 computer that connect to a main computer with the sage files on.

PROBLEM: Several times a day sage will freeze and lock every computer that is connected to it.

I am not sure if its Sage or a networking issue? I have recently install Norton 2007 on computers but i have excluded the Sage shared drive and the local sage program folder from all scanning.

Are there any problems or extra exclusion needed to configure Norton?

Does Sage give any type of error log?

Have you excluded the files from real-time scanning as well as from scheduled scans?

Have you checked all the items on our performance guide?
