Drawings - How to show them in Sage

Post by Nickra » 22 Jan 2007, 21:48

Hi,
I'm using Sage line 50 V.10 on windows xp - home edition.

I'm still very new, so please forgive the stupid question.

How do I show the removal of drawings?

I've looked through manuals, in books ive bought and I just can't find anything about it. I created a N/C for a personal account and I've been putting money in there, but I just can't fathom getting it out of their - out of the system.

Hope someone can help and stop me feeling stupid!

Cheers
Nicky

I assume that you are a sole trader or partnership as you have drawings, the normal way to do this is to create a nominal code for drawing say 3100 and to simply do a bank payment against that account.

You say "remove" the drawings can not be removed they are part of the financial records of the company, not sure what you mean by that phrase.
