No more users can log in at present

I get this message on a standalone Sage 50 Accounts 2009. (unsure of version as it doesnt allow access)

is this a licensing issue ?

strangely enough it allows access to another company .....

Version is 15.0.11.159

It's ok .... it was a queue.dta file delete that was required .....
