Sage Line 50 V9 images on email invoices
Sage Line 50 V9 images on email invoices
I am using Sage Line 50 V9.00 0023 and Outlook 2007. When I send an invoice via email (HTML) the logo does not appear. The logo is a small jpeg file and appears in print preview and prints out when sending to my printer. I will also mention that when outputting to email the logo file appears next to the invoice HTML. I have spent quite some time trying to resolve this but cant seem to get any where.

Sending graphics as attachments is poor practice.
I suggest hosting the image on a website and then linking in that image.
One of the problems with html as a format (apart from the fact things never look as intended because everyone has different printers screen size, default fonts and so on) is that you have to either attach the graphics each time or link to a website. Most modern email clients will block images until the user okays them and attachments are subject to blocking, renaming and generally breaking as potential viruses and scams.
The best solution is to opt for PDF's these have the fewest issues and ensure that your document will print pretty much as intended.
Your problems could be anything!, it could be that the images are there, but your email client is blocking them, it could be a rendering issue on your PC, it could be malformed path, broken html and so on.
Can you upload the layout so we can have a look at it? Can you email the layout to a webmail account and check what it looks like on that rather than Outlook 2007
