lost bank account list

Hello, I can't see any of my bank accounts on the list, they just disappeared after I had reconciled a statement.
If I print list it prints them all out. They are also showing on the nominal ledger with balances.

There seems to be a barely discernable grey box on the left where the account numbers should be.

I even tried adding another bank account which it let me do but even that doesn't show on the list.

I've done an awful lot of work since the last backup 2 days ago so I'm hoping it is something obvious here.

Using version 12.01.0034

Fingers crossed I someone here has the answer as there will be no-one at the Sage desk till Tuesday now!

Oh and another thing, I went to Tools/options/view and the bank list is greyed out, none of the others are

Try the following:

1. Take a backup
2. Go to File -> Maintenance and Run ReIndex and Compress

See if the bank accounts reappear, if the don't, go to File -> Maintenance and run Check Data and see if you get any errors.

Hello, I have tried running check data but it kicks me out every time and when I go to log back in, it says I am already logged in

I re-indexed the files and I have the bank accounts back!

Now that the bank accounts are back, you need to run Check Data again as it should not be kicking you out, you need to be able to run it to make sure the data is error free...
