Cannot Run Customer Statement Report

Try in to run Customer Statement Report and gets an error message
No information found for this report
ODBC SQLExecute call failed
cannot open data file.

Can someone please help

What version of Sage
What operating System
Where are you printing to, preview, file, printer, email..
Is the layout a standard one or one that has been modified?

Yes Other reports work. It's only the customer statement reports which don't work. None of the reports within the customer statements work.
I am running sage version 12.01.0070 a multi user / multi company
I am runing it on Windows XP service pack 2
It does not work on any of the output options, ie printer, Preview etc.
It does not work on both the standard layouts and one modified statement report.

Do other layouts work okay eg Invoice layouts?

Do the layouts work in the demo data company?

Am I correct in assuming that these had been working in the past?

Did anything happen between them working and them not working?

All layouts are working fine. eg invoices, debtors and suppliers.
They work fine in the demo data company. Even the customer statement layout works well in the demo data company.
They all have been working well in the past.
So far as I know, nothing happened between them working and not working.

Copy the attached test layout into your layouts directory and see if it works.

That layout is known to work, I suspect that your data may have some errors.

Have you checked your data and done a reindex and compress?
