Account records are blank

Hi
I wonder if you can help me.
I have installed Sage Line 50 2007 on a new Windows 7 64 bit computer. I have set it up in exactly the same way as all of the other xp computers in this office.
Sage is set up so that each computer on points to a main sage directory on a shared drive. Sage appears to be working fine on the windows 7 PC except when she views account records they all seem to be blank!? However when the account records is viewed on another PC it is all there.
Has anyone got any ideas why this could be happening?
