Unable to connect to data source
Unable to connect to data source
I have just bought a new computer and have tried to transfer data by doing a back up and restore. Any new data entered is registering but when I try to print a report I get "Report Design - Unable to connect to Data Source. Check configuration" - Help!

There are several things that cause these symptoms.
You could try reinstalling the odbc drivers, go to the program installation folder normally c:\program files\sage\accounts\
go into the odbc installation folder normally ODBC32
go into disk1 folder and run the setup program.
If that does not work and you are running XP then check that your version of Line 50 is compatible, you may need to uprade.
