Sales invoices on projects

Post by jackieh » 24 Aug 2006, 14:25

How can I show a sales invoice transaction on a project when I have used 'new invoice' option to issue it? I know that if you use batch sales invoice it shows up, but you can't print off the invoice then.
Thanks

On S3 product code items, you will find a box to select the project on the line item details.

Only S3 items can be booked against projects.

Hiya Jackieh,

Once in your Sales Invoice you can either double click on your line of text, and the back window comes up; or on the right hand side of the text use the drop down arrow to open up the back window.

Once you have the back window up, you can select the project ref.

NB: You have to put the proj ref in for each item invoiced. (i.e. if you only put it in for the first item, only the first item will be appropriated to your project).

Good luck, Andrea
