V10 to V2010 transfer

I currently use Sage 50 Accountant plus V10 and am considerring purchasing V2010 Accountant plus. will it be easy enough to transfer/restore the accounts from V10 to V2010?

For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
