We run Sage Line 50 from a file server that in turn feeds to three separate computers. One of these three is unable to view or print any Reports, with the following message - Unable to connect to Data Source. Check configuration.
We have received a few suggestions such as running setup from ODBC file and checking compatibility but nothing has worked so far.
The machine in question certainly got access to Reports up until about a month ago.

Un-install Sage and then Reinstall
Certainly sounds like odbc driver issue, are the drivers listed? Start>Run>odbcad32.exe press return go to system dsn tab see what is listed.
