Sage doesn't remember my page settings

When I go into "Customer Activity" and customise the screen the way I like to view it I would expect the program to remember my custom settings for that screen. But, when I next go into "Customer Activity" I have to customise the screen again. The program doesn't remember my previous settings. I've been through the option screen and played with the "Configurable Columns" section but regardless of the three options I select it doesn't retain my prefered settings. Can anyone please advise me how to resolve this issue?

Version info would be helpful...
Try this..
Tools>Options>Toolbar>
In the middle section (Configurable Columns) see what the settings are and post them here.

The version is: Sage 50 Accounts Professional 2009 - V15.01.18.0190
At the moment, under Configurable Columns I have it set to "Allow columns to be hidden and resized" But I've tried all three options and non of them save my adjustments. They just go back to a default view the next time I load the page.

Have you tried logging in as another user? If you log in as Manager does it save the settings?

I am logged in as manager. Other two users have limited access. I have noticed that I have the same problem with Sage 50 Payroll V12. I've tried holding down the Shift key when I close the page. Also tried similar combinations with the Ctrl and Alt keys but nothing seems to work.

Create yourself a login of your own and see if it works.
