Product Box Appears

Whenever I open products, I get a box appear in the top left which I cant get rid of, I have attached the picture.

Can anyone help me get rid of this.

Looks like a detached toolbar. Cool I didn't know you could do that.

Try grabbing it and dragging it back into place on the chart screen.

Does it happen of you log in as a different user?
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.

No you cant drag it at all & it appears even if I log on using different people.

It only appears when I use products though.

What version of windows are you running.

Is this a network workstation or a stand alone installation?

What appears on the Graph tab?

I would think that a clean reinstall would fix it.
