Search Problems in Customers Section

Post by John TriVolta » 15 Jul 2015, 17:10

Greetings to all pro users of Sage!

Frankly, I am newbie in this field. The following question might be silly, but for me it is dead serious.

So, when I type in some customer name or symbol or anything in the search bar in "customers" section, I am getting a blank list. Slightly above the search bar, near the "Change View" option, there is a small notification in brackets "(0 of 450 Records Matched)" and small sign of magnifying glass. After pressing it, all the customers are back and instead of "(0 of 450 Records Matched)" there is "(All Records)". However, it does not fix the problem, because search still does nt work.
This problem appeared just now. Before that I used Sage successfully for few months.

Thanks in advance!

You have a filter set up.

as soon as you do a quick search any preset filter is also applied.

Click on the filter button, discard the filter and you should be fine.

Sorry, just noticed the version you are on, in that version the button is labelled search.
