Desktop Shortcut Deleted - not able to launch

Post by PaulineM » 21 Apr 2015, 08:51

Hi Forum

SAGE Accounts 50 2013 v.19.00.0260 - stand alone PC, one licence, Standard install folders
OS - WIndows 7 prof
system - I cannot view system properties, but I assume 32bit

I deleted my shortcut (somehow not sure how) and now one I created is not able to do more than flash for 1 sec

Please can someone tell me what are the TARGET and START IN full links details?

Frustrated
P

Target for 32 bit is

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage SBD\SBDDesktop\v11\SBDDesktop.exe" {11A022ED-3870-4039-8967-DD88A57AC117} -SBDSplash="Defaultsplash.bmp"

or for 64 bit
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage SBD\SBDDesktop\v11\SBDDesktop.exe" {11A022ED-3870-4039-8967-DD88A57AC117} -SBDSplash="Defaultsplash.bmp"

The directory to start in for 32 bit is

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage SBD\SBDDesktop\V11"

and for 64 bit is

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage SBD\SBDDesktop\V11"

You should have a copy in the start menu, you can right click and copy, go to the desktop right click and paste to duplicate it.
