Networking Sage Payroll

Post by tim » 17 Feb 2015, 11:41

Hi,

I need to allow network access to Sage 50 Payroll but I will be accessing it from a Windows 7 32 bit PC, with the Payroll hosted on a WIndows 7 64 bit desktop. Does anyone know if this is likely to cause me problems? I have absorbed the advice elsewhere on this forum about configuring AV to skip Sage files, and also that Terminal Server works best, so I guess I could always RDP to the 64 bit machine if all else fails?

Thanks,
Tim

Should be no problem.

Payroll does not have a huge amount of data so is much less of an issue than Sage 50 Accounts.
