Current account showing cash account transactions?

Post by carolna » 16 Jan 2015, 14:04

Hi. I have just tried to reconcile my bank account when I noticed some of the transactions weren't showing. I've checked the account and the transaction aren't there. The current account nominal code is showing transactions for the cash account. I've gone into financials and the transactions are there, correct date and nominal account. Has anyone came across this before?

It is unclear what you are describing.

Could you avoid the word current and cash.

The current account nominal code is showing transactions for the cash account.

Do you mean that when you look at the "current" bank account (1200) history you are seeing transactions from another "cash" bank account (1230)?

If you look at the audit trail are the "missing" transactions on the correct bank account (1200)
Are they marked as reconciled in the audit trail?
