Hi everyone, hopefully someone can help with my problem.
Each time I try to open a Sage Report in Excel using the sage integration it crashes my excel. Now I did have it working previously, however up until a couple of days ago it was working fine.
I've installed the sage50accounts2014eirupdate.msi update which is meant to help with integrating with Excel 2013 and this worked for a couple of months and I managed to set up my accounts in excel so that they would just refresh. Now for some reason it doesn't seem to work anymore. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the update, but that doesn't work either. I've tried the to open reports in the practice data and I get the same response.
If anyone could suggest why it isn't working and keeps crashing my excel I would be most grateful.

EIR is "flaky" at times, in what way is excel crashing. Just loking up, or closing, any error message, any events in the event log?
