how do i generate a picking list

hi i am new to all this and could any1 please advise me how do i generate a pick list for sage 50 2008

Select the orders you want to run the picking list(s) for.

reports>sales order picking list reports>sales order picking list

hit generate report button

Hi brucedenney, I have tried the above but still cannot generate picking list.
The error message I get is "the report could not be generated. no date was returned for this report".
What am I possibly doing wrong?

I suspect that you have a "data issue" and that for some customers it will work and for others it will not.

This generally happens after an upgrade, new customers created post upgrade are fine but earlier customers are not.

There are a number of ways to deal with it, but first we would need to establish / confirm the issue.
