Invoice not Auto creating from Dispatch

Hi, yesterday when goods were dispatched, the GDN was created and printed as normal, but the associated invoice wasn't. Is there a way to open the Del not and have sage create it from there or am I going to have to do the whole thing manually?

You will have to do it manually.

However... If it failed to create the invoice, then something went seriously wrong, a power cut, network drop out and as this happened during a write in sage your data could be corrupted, so it is really important to check your data is good before doing anything as you may need to run the repair tools on it or go back to the previous backup, or have a data fix done on it if you do not have a good backup.
