Sage Sales Order Printing incorrectly
I have an issue with printing sales orders with sage 2010. If the Sales Order has 23 line items on it, the final item is shown at the very top of page 2 and often doesn't print as it is within the top margin.
This occurs with a number of Sage templates, such as A4 10 point. If there are more than 23 line items, then the sales order prints correctly. Other layouts are similar but with 22 or 24 line items.
Any ideas as to why this is happening would be appreciated.

The Sage version is Sage 2011 - not Sage 2010 as I stated in prior post

Re: Sage Sales Order Printing incorrectly
It looks like someone has been playing with the layouts.
The Page Header seem to have been moved into the report header, as a result the second page has no header.
The report needs to go on 2 pages, because there is not enough room to print the last line and get the page footer on.
If you want to attach the layout to a post I can probably be more precise.

Re: Sage Sales Order Printing incorrectly
Hi Bruce, you're right, the problem is with the header. There is no Report Header in the layout, and the address details are in the Order Number Header. The page Header is marked as not visible. If I make the Page Header Visible, the layout seems to print correctly.
If I move the address details up to the page Header and make the Order Number Header not visible, then the layout also prints correctly on the second page.
This is the standard Sage Sales Order layout TBSANA4.layout and to the best of my knowledge hasn't been altered. I've tried on a couple of different companies using Sage 50 V 2011 with the same result, Whenever there are 23 line items.

Here is the standard version of that layout, it is a different size, so I don't think your is the original.
Try it and see.
