Hi, I discovered our accountants were using the domain administrator account profile to use the sage accounts package. I have created a new account and remapped the sage data drives as per the old profile but sage does not locate it's data.
What information do I need to ammend / copy to the new profile to make sage work under the new windows profile??
Many Thanks

Sage knows nothing of windows profiles.
As long as the company file in the Local Sage installation Directory points to a folder with the sage.usr file on the server then the path is fine.
With regards to Access rights, they need full access rights to the Data folder, the Windows installation folder, the \Common Files\Sage folder and the local Sage installation folder.
My gut instinct would suggest that you are using a domain and that some access rights on the local machine have been restricted, but that is just my gut...
