I am a food production business - producing honey, the product has no direct cost price and I believe this is one of the reasons stock value doesn't show as a current asset. I have no values in 1001,5200 and 5201. how do I sort this out.

You need to make a journal transaction to create the asset value in 000x.
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
