We would like the colour defaults (Tools>Options) the same on all client PCs. Is there a common file that stores this information that could be copied of linked from the server? Thanks.

The file you need to copy is sage.ini in your windows installation directory.
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
