SAGE 50 PURCHASE ORDER LOST DATA

Hello,

I have just started sending purchase orders on sage 50 accounts professional 2008 on windows 2007. We use a bookkeeper so I am always backing up/restoring data that is being sent back and forth. After I have created and sent a PO I back up the data and send it back to the bookkeeper then when I need to create an order again she sends the sage back up file and I restore it but when I do this not all of my last purchase orders are saved on the system.

Any ideas?

Bookkeeper did not restore data?
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
