log in problems

I was doing corrections on sage line 50 2011 v17 when my computer crashed. Because I was in the corrections screen, sage will not allow me or anyone else to log on. any help greatly appreciated

Go to your data directory and delete the queue.dta file
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.

Already tried that. Still won't let anyone log in

You have deleted it from a directory that is not your working data directory I expect.

This guide will help you find the company file, which contains the path to the sage data.

Deleting the file form the correct directory will work.
