Invoice Template

I have been using blank stationery but now I want to use my own headed stationery for despatch and invoices. how do i remove my company name and address that i was using for the blank stationery. i have went into report designer and edited and saved it in layouts but i cannot find it when i go to print invoices.

I would print the layout on plain paper so you can see what is in the report and what is on the paper.

In the report designer you should see fields where the address is on your print out, you can remove these fields to remove the address.

I can remove the address in the template but when i save it im not able to retrieve it.

Ah!

I think you are saving your layout in the wrong place. I suspect you have your data located on a non standard location or you are a network user.

you need to save the layout in the layout sub directory of the data directory.

You can find the data directory location

Help>About>SystemInfo>Directories>DataDirectory
