Please HELP!!!! I am using Sage Line 50 v/10 and we have a new Bank account which is in Iranian Rials. 1 pound sterling is equal to 18600 Iranian Rials. I am hitting a limitation on the number of digits (8 is maximum) the program permits. For example if I have to enter an invoice of 100,000,000.00 Rials (which is about 5500 pounds) or more, the system shows it as 99,999,999.99!

Is there a way to get this limitation to be taken off?

The company has a Pounds Sterling, US Dollar and one Iranian Rials Bank accounts and often makes transfers between them. This limitation on the number of digits really has really stopped me in my tracks.

There is no way to remove the limitation, however, you might find that a good workaround is to set up a bank account for "Thousand" Rials. And to alter the exchange rate correspondingly.

If you are not happy to invoice in "thousands" of rails then you could alter copies of the various layouts and replacing all the currency fields with expressions, each expression would the the original field multiplied by 1000. You might also want to remove the decimal places and only show whole numbers.
