Printing Overdue Invoice Letters

I'm using Sage 50 Accounts Professional 2009. I have checked the updates and it is all up to date. I'm having problems printing Letters for overdue accounts. I can identify the overdue accounts, but when I select a company and go to Letters and select a letter, I'm getting the following message: "The report could not be generated. No data was returned for this Report." I have tried numerous things, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions would be really appreciated! Thanks.

I suspect that the layout has a filter that is incompatible with the selection.

Try running it as a preview with all records to see if any will come up and work out what the criteria are that are stopping it. Then look in the report for filters or criteria to change.

Can you upload the layout as an attachment?

Before you can print form letters, you must create a file of customer names to whom to mail and select or create a form letter. The limits you set determine which customers the list includes. Suppose you wanted to send a letter to customers who were 60 days past due. You could print the Trial Balance Report, enter a name in the Save File Name field, and specify 60 in the Pastdue limiting field. Each customer with an invoice 60 days old or older is included in the list.
