Transaction Email Wont Close

Yesterday I was using Sage and it crashed on me whilst Transaction email was open. I have now managed to get back into sage but when I go to back up it just tells me that transaction email is still open. I have opened it up again and closed transaction email but it will still not close down. Any one any ideas of how to resolve this problem.

Try deleting the queue.dta file.
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
