Transaction Email sending rouge PO's

I'm using transaction email to send POs to companies and getting on well with it, however, every now and then the system will send an old PO to one particular company. The PO isn't highlighted and it is always to the same company, but not always the same PO. It is sending them POs from 2005. WHY????? :?

Why have you got PO's from 2005?

Because you haven't followed the year end guide...
