Dear all

when set up my financial year date I only had the option of setting the month not the day in the month. My accounting year is aligned to the tax year ie 6th April to 5th March. When I enter any transactions April 1st to 6th Sage 50 assumes that this is the following financial year. This is also reflected in the P & L reports. I need to set SAge to recognise my true financial year or for the ability to pull off P & L reports for my true financial year. Any help gratefully accepted.

I suggest changing your financial year to run whole months. It is the way that 99.999% of people work
