Happy New Year. My year end was 31st December can I still enter transactions, invoices etc on to sage before I finish off the year end process? Thanks

Yes.

Sage is open item accounting, you can enter anything at any time until you close off a year at that point anything prior to the start of the year become a brought forward item rather than being in the previous year.
